Skyway Village Estates, Inc. is a retirement community on the gulf coast of Florida consisting of 181 homes. We are conveniently located at the Intersection of US 41 and 49th Street E - just a short distance off of Interstate 275; providing easy access to all of to the areas of St Petersburg, Tampa, Sarasota-Bradenton, and the adjacent West Coast beaches. Only a short ride to Orlando and many ports, this location provides easy access to all of the best Florida has to offer.
Plenty to do
The activities in the park offers as much enjoyment as the surrounding area! The facilities include: a fishing pond, shuffleboard, pool, billiards room, and a library that contains games, puzzles and books. The community center is always hopping; bingo, movie night, game night, crafts, afternoon tea, the list goes on.
A sense of Community
Community spirit is alive at Skyway. Residents enjoy: community corn hole and shuffle board games twice a week with yearly tournaments; breakfast on Tuesdays at the Skyway Café, a Poker Run that includes the game, dinner and a band; partying with friends at the St. Patrick's Day dinner, and plenty of other planed social events.
Visitors are Welcome
The parks is a great place for friends and family to visit also. The location is not the only reason visit residents: fishing with grandkids; enjoying the pool; playing corn hole; all are welcome!
